Our Mental Health Awareness Weekly Challenge is over and here are the winners selected by our Editor Bryan Grissom!
I’m proud of each and every one of you. It’s not easy to open your skin and point out all the stories on your bones you wish could remain forgotten. It’s even harder to show the world through Art. These are in no particular order, but run a gauntlet of emotions. Stephanie’s undertones of vanishing suicidal thoughts as a piece of her came from thought to reality. Pi’s apocalyptic flush of feeling over years and years and years. The numb turn around of catharsis displayed in the piece from kls.
This page attracts many great artists and I look forward to reading you in future challenges. I have an ongoing challenge for you. Don’t stop writing your secrets. Tell the world everything you wish weren’t true about who you are. Dig Deep. Write Real. Write Hard.
Love,
Bryan
