When your mind is constantly working in overdrive, your creative side is might stumble across some roadblocks. Meditation can help you relax and clear your mind of all the stress, anxiety and unnecessary thoughts. Consequently, your mind has more clarity and energy to function.
6) Try New Things
Don’t be afraid to experiment and try new things that challenge you. That’s how you step out of your creative comfort zone and step up.
7) Keep Learning
Make sure that you’re always learning something new and useful to keep yourself updated. There are tons of free online courses on learning websites, YouTube videos and so much more. It’s also a great way to network and exchange ideas with your peers.
8) Join A Club
Join a creative club with like-minded people. Free-flow of ideas and insightful decisions in a comfortable environment can give you the inspiration you were missing. Furthermore, a weekly club or meetup ensures consistency in brainstorming and team-building which enhances creativity.
